Momentum Fitness has been serving the fitness needs of South Jersey residents since 2003. Historically a women-only gym with locations in Williamstown and Washington Township, Momentum is now a fitness studio for both men and women located within the Advanced Medical and Professional Center on the Black Horse Pike in Williamstown. The new Momentum Fitness facility has narrowed its focus in order to provide the most effective and time efficient workout in Gloucester County.
Under the strong ownership of Jerry Marino, Momentum Fitness offers the internationally renowned Gravity Training System (GTS). GTS is the best resistance training program in the industry. This unique piece of equipment uses a variable pulley system, body weight as resistance, and an adjustable incline to achieve measurable results. GTS targets a multitude of health and fitness goals, from toning and weight loss to muscular rehabilitation and improvement of athletic performance.

Looking to work out with traditional strength and cardio machines? We have Olympic free weights, a smith machine, selectorized machines, tread mills, bikes, and ellipticals. We will guide you with a program to suit your time and fitness level with your month-to-month membership and no up front fees!
