General Preparedness Training is a 4 week program designed for general athletic conditioning. Dual sport, or multi sport athletes are preferred to join this program. Up to 4 athletes may split the cost of the program. 

Combine testing is recommended to participate, but not required.

• General Preparedness Training for Athletes
        - Helps athletes get in shape for their sport(s)
        - Programs are designed to meet the general requirements for athletic development, injury prevention, and basic                 conditioning

• Up to 4 Athletes may split the total 4 week cost. Over 4 Athletes requires additional program purchase.

• After 4 week program is complete, athlete may move into a sport specific conditioning program.
