Beginners Bundle

Want to check out all that Momentum Fitness has to offer?  Then the Beginners Bundle is perfect for you!  For one low price you can experience 2 personal training session, and 1 Group Strength classes.  Then you can decide which is right for you, and design your workout plan to suit your needs.

Gravity Group Strength

A comprehensive, adaptable, and varied 55-minute resistance training workout that is efficient, dynamic, and quick.  These exciting strength classes heat up all the major muscle groups for a total body workout.  Each participant works as his/her chosen level of resistance, while enjoying the challenge and camaraderie of a group setting.

Gravity Pilates

Gravity Pilates is a form of resistance training which focuses on the development of flexibility, core stability and core strength underpinned by the principles of alignment, breath and control.  Gravity Pilates is based on both mat and reformer exercises including abdominal work also using more upper body and lower body resistance.

Gravity Boot Camp

Interested in slimming and strengthening everything? Then Gravity Boot Camp is for you!  This total body sculpting workout combines calisthenics, plyometrics, strength and endurance exercises on and off our specialized Gravity equipment.

Indoor Cycling

This class is designed for all riders and fitness levels.  Ride into fitness with a medley of music and visualization techniques that motivate each participant towards their own goals.  You will develop aerobic conditioning, strength, and focus in a fun and energizing atmosphere.

Rip-n-Ride

Get your cardio and strength training in one workout!  Burn calories and increase lean muscle mass to burn even more calories after your workout.  This 55 minute workout combines 30 minutes of spin with 25 minutes of Gravity Training.
