The Momentum Run Club

Our run club programs consist of a 6 week training program for beginner, intermediate, and advanced runners. This will be determined in a 30 minute run screening prior to the start date.

Group runs are Saturday mornings at 7 a.m.

1st Saturday run is August 17.

Bruce Jackson is leading our running club. He enjoys sharing his passion for running with the people he trains. Teaching people how to run correctly and efficiently can make running enjoyable for the harshest critic. You will be given technique instruction and a program to follow to successfully complete a 5K by the completion of your 6 week program.

The first 5K will be on September 28 and we will join as a team!
